Cancellations and Returns

How do I return my product?

To return an order, please click on the “Return” option on the My Orders page. We generally accept returns for most products within 5 days from the date of delivery. When returning an item, please ensure that both the product and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered to you.

Please note: that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for innerwear or cosmetic products. Additionally, certain products such as wearables and notebooks are also non-returnable.

If you need to return a product, we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of receiving your request. Please be aware that there are certain areas where we cannot provide pick-up services. In such cases, you may choose to self-ship the product through any courier service. If you need to use self-ship, please contact us for further information.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken in transit, we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Exchange

1. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or in unusable condition, please email us at [email protected]
within 24 hours of delivery**.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim to be processed.

2. Original Packaging Required
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all components, and in resellable condition.

3. Product Verification
• In some instances, we may request a screenshot to verify compatibility before processing the exchange.

If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.

Non-Eligible Conditions

The following do not qualify for exchange or replacement:

• Incorrect size or design selected by the customer at checkout.
• Products not in original condition or damaged due to misuse.
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order before it enters production.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Replacement Conditions

1. If you receive the wrong item, a replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Approved replacements will be shipped within 48 hours.
3. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
4. Once a replacement has been issued, it cannot be replaced or returned again.

Additional Information

• Claims regarding missing shipments require a valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
• If the returned product fails quality inspection, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or replacement request.

How will I get my refund?

After your order has been picked up, we will initiate the refund process, and the refund will be credited to your selected mode of payment within 48-72 hours, provided that your returned items pass our quality check.

Depending on the refund method you have selected, the refund will reflect in your account as per the following timelines, starting from the date of initiation:

  1. Nakhra Swag Wallet: refunds will be credited within a few hours.
  2. NEFT: refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
  3. Payment Gateway: refunds will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
