Cancellations and Returns
How do I return my product?
To return an order, please click on the “Return” option on the My Orders page. We generally accept returns for most products within 5 days from the date of delivery. When returning an item, please ensure that both the product and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
Please note: that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for innerwear or cosmetic products. Additionally, certain products such as wearables and notebooks are also non-returnable.
If you need to return a product, we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of receiving your request. Please be aware that there are certain areas where we cannot provide pick-up services. In such cases, you may choose to self-ship the product through any courier service. If you need to use self-ship, please contact us for further information.
How will I get my refund?
After your order has been picked up, we will initiate the refund process, and the refund will be credited to your selected mode of payment within 48-72 hours, provided that your returned items pass our quality check.
Depending on the refund method you have selected, the refund will reflect in your account as per the following timelines, starting from the date of initiation:
- Nakhra Swag Wallet: refunds will be credited within a few hours.
- NEFT: refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
- Payment Gateway: refunds will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
