How do I place an order?

Choose your product and size, add it to your cart and check out. You’ll receive an order confirmation email instantly.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery (₹49 COD fee). See Payment Security.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes – all prices on nakhraswag.com include GST. No surprises at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Email [email protected] or use My Account → Orders.

Do you have coupon codes?

Yes! Check our Offers page for codes like FIRST10 (10% off your first order) and PREPAID50 (₹50 off prepaid orders).

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of ₹599 and above; ₹60 flat on orders below ₹599.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Read our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email/SMS, our Order Tracking page, or My Account → Orders.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet – we currently deliver only within India.

FAQ: Sizes, Exchanges & Refunds

What size should I pick?

Our tees are unisex oversized. Check the size chart on each product page – if you prefer a regular fit, go one size down.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes – within 7 days of delivery for a size change, or for a damaged/wrong item. Reverse pickup is free. See our Exchange Policy.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. A refund is issued only if a replacement isn’t possible or if you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Record an unboxing video and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement.

Our oversized tees use soft, comfortable cotton with bold, long-lasting prints.

How do I wash my printed tee?
