Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas, the North-East and J&K may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹599 and above
₹60 flat shipping on orders below ₹599
Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes with a ₹49 COD fee. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) have no extra fee.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page or under My Account → Orders.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals or other events beyond our control can happen. We will keep you updated – you can always reach us at [email protected].

Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not accepted, re-shipping charges may apply. For refused COD orders, we may disable COD on future orders.
