Welcome to Nakhra Swag! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, nakhraswag.com, and the purchase of products from Medialix Communications LLP. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.
2.2. By using our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3.1. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary due to screen differences.
3.2. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4.1. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price.
4.2. We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including prepaid methods and Cash on Delivery where available.
4.3. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
4.4. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received before dispatch. For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected on delivery. COD availability and any applicable fee are shown at checkout.
5.1. We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
5.2. Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 and above; a ₹60 flat fee applies below ₹599. Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 fee.
5.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or non-delivery.

6.1. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
6.2. Our voluntary size-exchange policy allows a request within 7 days of delivery, with free reverse pickup for approved exchanges. For size exchanges, items must be unused and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. See our Exchange Policy for the process and exclusions.
6.3. Refunds are available for prepaid cancellations before dispatch, where a replacement is not possible, and in other circumstances required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time they appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. For COD orders, an approved refund is paid to your bank account or UPI; Nakhra Wallet credit is an option only if you choose it.
6.4. Defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit or materially misdescribed goods, and qualifying late deliveries, remain subject to applicable consumer rights, including return and refund remedies. The force-majeure exception for late delivery applies where provided by law. Our exchange window, packaging conditions, clearance exclusions and evidence requests do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
7.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nakhra Swag and is protected under copyright laws.
7.2. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
8.1. You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful or harmful activities.
8.2. Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in account termination.
9.1. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from use of our website or products.
10.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules.
11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
12.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission or another authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
