At the moment, Nakhra Swag does not provide international shipping, but it will be available soon. While we accept payments from over 21 countries, the delivery address must be within India.

The typical delivery time for your product is around 5-6 days, subject to variation based on weather conditions.

If the item you received is physically damaged, faulty, does not match its product description, or is missing parts/accessories, it is eligible for a free replacement as long as the same item is available with the seller. It’s important to note that Pantry Items are non-refundable.

At Nakhra Swag, you do not have to worry about any hidden charges when making a purchase. The prices displayed for all items are final and include all costs. Therefore, the amount you see on the product page is the exact amount you need to pay. However, delivery charges may apply, depending on the shipping policy. For orders under Rs 599, a flat rate of Rs 50 will be charged for delivery, while delivery is free for orders over Rs 599.

Order & Returns

To cancel your order, log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to cancel. Click on the “Cancel Order” button and provide a valid reason for cancellation. Click on “Submit” to complete the process. Our Nakhra Swag team will contact you for confirmation and process your request. It’s important to note that you cannot cancel your order if it has been more than 3 hours since you placed it.

Yes, you need to create an account with Nakhra Swag to place an order. We do not allow guest orders, and creating an account with Nakhra Swag is easy and straightforward.

To track your order, you can click on the ‘Track Order’ link located at the bottom of the order details page or on the website footer. Enter your order ID and email address to access the tracking information

To return a product, you can log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click on Return Item. Provide the reason for the return and select the mode of return, and then submit your request. Our Nakhra Swag team will contact you for confirmation and further processing. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

We aim to ship items within the time frame mentioned on the product page, not including Sundays and public holidays. Typically, delivery takes 4-10 business days, although the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination to which the order is being shipped.

When will I get my refund?

Below are the timelines for processing a refund once Nakhra Swag receives the item or the seller notifies us of the returned product's receipt.
