5.1. We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
5.2. Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 and above; a ₹60 flat fee applies below ₹599. Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 fee.
5.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or non-delivery.

6.1. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
6.2. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size issues, damaged, defective or wrong items, with free reverse pickup. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
6.3. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible or a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, and are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
